As an established headhunting agency that was founded in 1993 and is now one of the larger medium-sized companies in the industry, we have one advantage in addition to years of experience: our in-house pool of candidates.
The pool consists of top managers, board members, managing directors and highly qualified executives, specialists and experts for the various sectors and specialist areas. All these people in our pool are vetted and have a general interest in new challenges and tasks in new companies.
As a reputable headhunting agency, we actively maintain this pool and keep it up-to-date. On the one hand, this means that we are always adding new addresses by offering interesting candidates to join the pool. At the same time, old contacts are also sorted out from people who are no longer seeking a new orientation, who are not interested in our vacancies or who do not want to be part of the pool any longer - we pay close attention to the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO) here. We succeed in keeping this up to date by maintaining regular contact with the candidates in our pool and keeping them informed about their current professional status and interest in changing jobs.
