We have had an excellent first half of 2022, in which we have already filled more vacancies than in 2021. We are thus reaping the rewards that were sown last year.

High-Quality Candidate Pool and Broad Network on the Market

A major advantage in filling current vacancies is our now very large pool of highly qualified candidates. Our headhunters have been carefully cultivating this pool for almost 30 years and it consists of current contacts to managers, executives and specialists who are willing to change jobs.

In addition, we have greatly expanded our network in the market over the past year and can also activate these contacts at short notice for new search assignments.

Optimised Structures for Effective Executive Search and Direct Approach

Furthermore, we also optimised our structures and internal processes last year and adapted them to the changing conditions. As a DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we rely on flat hierarchies and teamwork. This allows our HR consultants to provide close support to our clients and to draw on the entire team for every search.

The structured way of working also enables us to comply with all legal requirements such as the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO) or the Second Management Positions Act and to inform candidates and clients transparently and constantly about current developments.

Growing Team to Manage Increasing Number of Assignments

In order to meet our quality standards even in the face of an increasing order situation, we have hired new employees. This enables us to continue to work in a client-oriented manner and in accordance with all ethical and legal standards, and we are prepared for the second half of the year, for which a high order situation is already becoming apparent. Among other things, some satisfied clients have commissioned us to fill further vacancies. In parallel, we are also receiving enquiries from new clients who have heard of us. In the meantime, we enjoy a very good reputation in the health care, engineering and public service sectors, among others.
