Research activities in the area of consumer and trend research are currently being expanded as a field of expertise.
Your Role in the Research Organisation
As Manager Research Networks & Labs, you will be a key interface between internal research and national and international partner institutions. You will play a key role in developing strategic collaborations, providing new impulses and promoting knowledge transfer between NIM and scientific institutions. In this role, you will actively shape the research landscape of the Institute - conceptually, organisationally and communicatively.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Collaboration management: Establishment and coordination of national and international research collaborations, including initiation and contract management
- Network management: support and further development of existing partnerships with scientific institutions
- Project coordination: management of joint projects with research partners and organisation of network meetings, symposia and guest visits
- Monitoring and analysis: monitoring of current research topics, trends and developments in the scientific landscape
- Communication: Interface between internal research teams, partners and the Scientific Advisory Board
Your Education & Qualifications (m/f/d)
- University degree - ideally in behavioural sciences, psychology, social sciences, economics or related disciplines
- Experience in science management, research collaborations or administrative support of research projects
- Confident appearance in a scientific environment and very good communication skills in German and English
- Organisational talent, initiative and structured working style
- Joy in networking, coordination and international interfaces
