Filling positions for qualified assessors and experts in the field of driver fitness assessment and traffic medicine is becoming increasingly challenging. There is particularly high demand for experienced psychologists specializing in fitness assessment or physicians with expertise in medical evaluation and traffic medicine.

Against this backdrop, our recruitment team is currently supporting the search for a team leader for an established driver fitness assessment center in Hesse as part of a confidential direct-approach mandate.

The position combines technical assessment, team leadership, and quality management with responsibility for MPU and driving aptitude examinations—including those for professional drivers. The position is being filled as part of a planned succession.
