Headhunting Care – Successes & New Contracts

We at Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH have once again succeeded in filling several management positions in the nursing sector. Word of these successes quickly spread throughout the industry, and we were commissioned with further personnel searches.

Dual expertise as a factor for success – nursing and public service

Among other things, our headhunters were able to find a head of nursing for a municipal authority in the Rhineland. The position was filled quickly thanks to the dual expertise of our headhunting team, which has experience in both the nursing sector and the public sector.

The satisfied customer has now commissioned us to fill another PDL position – further details will follow shortly on our website.

Successful placements also attract new customers

Another client was a nursing facility for assisted living with short-term care. Here, our personnel consultants successfully placed a new home manager.

The fact that these successes have spread throughout the market is also reflected in the current excellent order situation in the sector. Among other things, we are recruiting two nursing service managers for a diaconal organization in northern Bavaria—one for outpatient care and one for inpatient geriatric care.

In addition, we are also handling another management position in inpatient elderly care: there is a vacant PDL position to be filled in Hamburg, also with an established provider. The position offers a salary model based on collective bargaining agreements and a collegial management team. We were able to present the first candidates to the client after only a short time.
