MFA for practice management Job offer
High patient popularity in the first three years: An MFA with a practice management focus is being sought to further develop service and processes. Date: January 28, 2026A young private practice for cardiology and pneumology in Hamburg has established itself very successfully on the market in a short space of time. Patient popularity is high - and as is so often the case, medical growth is followed by the next logical step: professionalizing processes, stabilizing service quality, scaling structures.
This is exactly where our new mandate comes in. The practice is expanding its team and is looking for an MFA (m/f/d) who, in addition to daily patient work, will take on practice organizational responsibility and actively help develop the practice management.
Why this role is crucial right now
When a private practice grows rapidly in the first few years, the demands on appointment logic, documentation, internal coordination and the coordination of external partners (e.g. laboratory, medical technology, IT/practice software) increase. The goal is not "more administration", but stable practice operations that reliably guide patients and keep the medical team's backs free.
Wanted: MFA with organizational talent and an eye for the big picture
The position focuses on: Day control and appointment management, a professional patient service, the further development of standards (e.g. document flow, processes, interfaces) as well as cooperation with billing/private liquidation (GOÄ) and external service providers. The ideal candidate has practical experience, commitment, discretion and a structured way of working - in other words, someone who doesn't just "keep the practice running" but consciously organizes it.
