As a headhunting agency, we offer our services for the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates in the digital economy. We support various companies, from medium-sized firms to large corporations, in finding the right personnel for the digital world of work. Our team of experienced headhunters has been assisting clients in this industry since 1993.
Our origins - headhunters for IT and information technology
In our early days as headhunters for IT, we mainly supported manufacturers in their search for personnel and accompanied them for many years. These companies then continued to grow due to digitalisation and in some cases became system houses and software groups that offered the increasingly broad spectrum of services in this area in a bundled manner.
We have accompanied this change and the associated growth and helped these companies to recruit the right specialists and managers for this development.
Our approach as a headhunting agency
In order to be able to decide which candidates are suitable for a position, we create a target profile together with the client. In doing so, we work out which skills and professional competences the candidates must have in order to meet the requirements of the position. Our years of experience as recruitment consultants for the digital economy help us in this process.
Digital economy - a dynamic industry
In the digital economy, working with such a target profile is of particular importance, as the industry is highly dynamic and there is a lot of movement in the candidate market. Continuously, the industry is evolving. By closely monitoring the trends, we can react to these changes in the target profiles and recruit candidates that match the current requirements.

Rapid recruitment via two routes
Once the target profile has been defined, we start recruiting. We approach suitable candidates via direct search and executive search. On the one hand, this is done out in the field, but also by telephone and via online direct search. By addressing the candidates personally, we already achieve a good response rate.
In parallel, we conduct direct search in our own internal pool of candidates. We have continuously cultivated this pool over the past almost 30 years. Today, the screened pool of specialists and managers from various sectors and fields provides a good basis for our work.
Best-fit candidates through matching with target profile and business expectations
When recruiting via these two channels, we continuously compare the profiles of the candidates with the target profile we have created. This way of working enables us to quickly present the client with the first candidates, while at the same time ensuring that we only present the company with candidates who really fit the bill.
The right personnel for the digital economy
As headhunters for the digital economy, we support system houses and software companies in their search for specialists from various fields for the entire product management - from the development of new ideas to the implementation, testing, marketing and sales.
On the other hand, we also support the companies that use these applications and help them recruit suitable specialists and managers to support and maintain the software solutions, robotics or a digitalised production chain.
We are also HR consultants for the digital economy
If required, our personnel consultants for the digital economy support companies in their personnel recruitment plan and personnel development planning. We help companies to identify where staff and know-how are lacking. In a next step, we then support companies in defining job profiles and advise on required qualifications. Find out more here.
