When we are entrusted with filling a vacancy in the health care sector, we first define a so-called target profile together with the client, which consists of the competences that the candidate must bring with him or her.

Pre-selection through Target Profile and our Expertise
Before we present the companies and organisations with a selection of potential candidates, we compare the profiles of the candidates with the previously created target profile. By doing so, we ensure to only present truly suitable candidates to our clients.
