New mandates in construction, building management and project management: Kontrast wins two key roles for female engineers and architects. Mandate 1: Head of construction and facility management department - operator responsibility and development in the public sector
The first mandate is for a key position for a large public institution in central Germany. At the same time, Kontrast Personalberatung is supporting Immobilienentwicklungsgesellschaft GmbH in Bavaria in filling a senior project manager position. The focus here is on project control and project management - with responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality and the coordination of internal and external project participants. The role is ideal for experienced civil engineers/architectswho manage complex projects in a structured manner, moderate interfaces and reliably implement results.
