Mandate 1: Head of construction and facility management department - operator responsibility and development in the public sector

The first mandate is for a key position for a large public institution in central Germany. We are looking for a department head who can strategically and operationally manage construction projects, modernization and maintenance - and at the same time is responsible for safe, economical building operation with operator obligations, standards and clear processes. In practice, this is a role for personalities who can bring together leadership, budget and project controlling as well as stakeholder management and translate technical decisions neatly into committee and administrative logic.

Mandate 2: Senior project manager (m/f/d) - project management for new and existing buildings in Bavaria

At the same time, Kontrast Personalberatung is supporting Immobilienentwicklungsgesellschaft GmbH in Bavaria in filling a senior project manager position. The focus here is on project control and project management - with responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality and the coordination of internal and external project participants. The role is ideal for experienced civil engineers/architectswho manage complex projects in a structured manner, moderate interfaces and reliably implement results.
