Project Management for Building Construction in Swabia: Seeking a Senior Professional – Renovation, Remodeling, and Revitalization

Our Kontrast Recruitment team is currently filling a key position for an owner-managed, medium-sized company in the fields of real estate development, project management, and consulting: Senior Project Manager for Construction Projects / Project Management for Building Construction (m/f/d) at our location in Swabia.

At the senior level, the role involves project management in accordance with AHO (depending on the project), schedule/cost/quality management with reporting, the coordination of planners, specialist engineers, and contractors, as well as facilitating regular meetings and preparing decision-making documents for clients. Practical experience with procurement and contract management (including amendments and claims) is an integral part of the role.

Competency Profile: Thorough knowledge of regulations + project leadership

A relevant degree (architecture, civil engineering, building services engineering/industrial engineering in construction, or similar) and several years of experience in project management (building construction/existing buildings/real estate) are required. If you are proficient in cost structures (e.g., DIN 276), scheduling, quality control, and the VOB/HOAI/AHO framework, and also possess strong facilitation and communication skills, this is the right opportunity for you.
