As a recruitment consultancy and headhunting agency, we are in close contact with our clients' HR departments. They are usually our direct contacts in the companies and commission us to search for personnel for their executive and management positions.

Sometimes, however, HR specialists struggle to get us on board as a service provider. This is often due to the fear of relinquishing decision-making power over recruitment or becoming superfluous in the recruitment process.

We are your team partner

We can quickly allay these concerns: Apart from the fact that, as a service provider, we are not legally authorised to decide how a position is filled, this does not correspond to our way of working or our philosophy.

As a headhunting agency, we see ourselves as a partner to our clients and pursue the common goal of filling a vacancy in the best possible way. We are an additional resource that helps to establish contact with the right candidates and speed up the search.

We support - the client decides

Throughout the entire process - from the creation of the target profile, through the search for personnel to the final selection - we act in an advisory capacity and actively search for suitable candidates for a position. We then support the decision-making process for recruited candidates and prepare them.

As a recruitment consultancy and headhunting agency with almost 30 years of experience, we make our expertise available to our clients. At the same time, we respect the knowledge of our clients' HR departments: They always know the industry and their own company best. The final decision on filling a position then lies with the client and therefore usually with the HR employees in the company.

Transparent consulting and long-term collaboration

As a recruitment consultancy, long-term client relationships and respectful cooperation on an equal footing are important to us. Accordingly, we advise our clients openly and transparently and are in constant dialogue with our contacts during a search assignment. In addition, we never poach our customers' employees.

Thanks to these values, we now have a large regular clientele of companies and employers in the public sector who regularly commission us with new personnel searches.
