The Kontrast personnel consulting team has successfully completed another challenging mandate in the medical & nursing sector: As part of a covert executive search, the position of Managing Director of a facility (m/f/d) at a non-profit organization in northern Germany was filled.
The aim was to find a successor for a sensitive management position - without interrupting operations and with high expectations in terms of discretion, speed and quality.
