A renowned maximum care hospital and academic teaching hospital in Baden-Württemberg is currently looking for a Senior Midwife or Maternity Nurse (m/f/d). The new manager will ensure the smooth organisation of processes in the hospital, which is currently being expanded.

Modern maternity clinic with high patient popularity

The municipal hospital is very popular with patients and is currently undergoing extensive new construction and expansion work. Once completed, families and staff will have access to a modern and friendly maternity area with six delivery rooms, three labour rooms and other rooms.

The team is fully staffed with 24 full-time employees and optimal care for expectant mothers is possible in the various rooms.

Experienced maternity nurses wanted for management position

The new manager will take over the management of the midwifery team and be responsible for the smooth running of the clinic and the qualified professional care of pregnant women and women who have recently given birth. In addition, the Head Midwife (m/f/d) will coordinate the training of student midwives and the professional development of the entire team.

For this responsible and versatile management position, the hospital is looking for midwives who have completed their training or studies, have completed the ward management course and already have several years of professional experience in the field of obstetrics.
