Working students at Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH

We at Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH receive a lot of support from working students. Last year, a student left us who had been part of our team for a long time and supported our headhunters in all areas. We asked her to summarise her experiences and received some great feedback from her:

‘As a working student at Kontrast Personalberatung, I was able to learn a lot and flexibly adapt my working days to my studies. I was quickly integrated into the team and involved in all processes in a structured way. I really enjoyed being able to accompany initial and job interviews with candidates after a certain time. It was also particularly exciting to work on an international project where I was in contact with specialists and managers around the world and supported the team in their initial approach. The close cooperation with the management also helped me a lot to develop further and to contribute my own ideas.
