By taking a structured approach and working with a so-called target profile, we can usually fill the advertised vacancies quickly. In-house Candidate Pool
As a headhunting agency, we have access to our own pool of candidates for C-Level Executive Search. This consists of highly qualified candidates who have already been screened by us and are willing to change and are therefore available at short notice. In addition to this pool of C-level candidates, we also use our contacts in the market for recruitment purposes and, for each assignment, conduct new research to find further potential candidates who are not yet part of our network.
Target Person Profiling and Direct Search
In order to be able to proceed effectively and purposefully in this search and also in the selection of suitable candidates in the pool, we draw up a so-called target profile together with our client at the beginning of each assignment, in which the minimum requirements for the candidate are defined with regard to professional and management competences as well as soft skills.
On this basis, we can usually quickly identify candidates who meet the target profile. These candidates are then contacted by our C-level headhunters on site, by telephone or digitally. We present the vacancy to them and answer initial questions. If a candidate shows interest in the position, we ask him or her for the application file.
Checking the Documents of all Candidates
We then check these documents in detail and help match them to the target profile. Only if the candidates meet the minimum requirements do we ask them for another telephone interview, in which we check whether the candidate's ideas and wishes match yours as a company. If this is the case, we send the documents - after written approval by the candidate - to you as the company for the further selection procedure.
By working this way, we usually achieve our goal of sending you at least three suitable candidates for C-level positions within the search period for a vacancy, which is the basis of our filling rate of over 90 percent.
Management Selection Procedure
If required, we also support you in the further selection procedure. Our C-level HR consultants are experienced in planning and conducting assessment centres, individual assessments or competence profiling, which forms the basis for your final personnel decision.
Our headhunters also support you in the evaluation of the selection process, take over the rejection management and accompany the contract and salary negotiations. It goes without saying that the decision-making authority lies with the client and we, as a service provider, help you with the implementation.
