We sharpen roles and success (target contribution, must-have/should-have skills, lean profile). We map target individuals via target company lists, value chains, competitors, and niches. We approach individuals directly and discreetly (executive search), recruit desired candidates confidentially on request (FüPoG-II-compatible target profiles), and qualify them in a structured manner: interviews, cases/work samples, consent-based references.
