Accordingly, we are currently recruiting experienced managers within our pool of candidates as well as on the market for a state association of independent welfare organisations and a B2B start-up in the photovoltaics, solar energy and renewable energies sector.
Establishing a B2B Start-up for Renewable Energies
The start-up GmbH is looking for a managing director with excellent German language skills to build up the company. He or she should implement the business plan, develop a sales concept and product and pricing policy, as well as set up the sales processes and acquire key accounts.
The B2B start-up is excellently equipped with capital - it was founded by three established and experienced market players from the industry. The conditions of the position are correspondingly attractive. The location of the GmbH is to be established in Northern Germany or North Rhine-Westphalia.
Applicants must have a Master's degree in economics, engineering or natural sciences and sales experience in the B2B sector. Candidates must also have many years of experience in the photovoltaic or solar energy sector.
Operational Management at Independent Welfare Organisation
A completely different employer is the second company that commissioned us to recruit an operational management. The state association of independent welfare organisations from Schleswig-Holstein operates more than 200 facilities and services and employs more than 4,700 people.
With our help, the group is currently looking for a general manager for the KITA, education campus and intercultural and social work divisions. The manager should develop and plan the goals of the association and strategically align the work in this area.
We are looking for candidates with a diploma or master's degree in social education, social work or social economics who have extensive professional experience in management tasks and strategy development for the social economy. Fluent German language skills are also required for this position.
