An established medium-sized group of companies in the building materials and ready-mixed concrete segment is realigning its management succession due to age.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can strategically develop the group and its subsidiaries and safely manage its operations in a market environment characterized by infrastructure maintenance, urbanization, price/energy costs and increasing quality and sustainability requirements.

Management with responsibility for results and investment management
The position includes overall responsibility for earnings, liquidity and performance - including investment and location development, KPI-based management of production/logistics/disposition, quality and occupational safety management as well as active management of sales, technology, commercial functions and HR. Another key component is the governance of the investments: Target systems, reporting, synergies and standards. Candidates with a background in civil engineering or industrial engineering (construction/construction management) and practical experience in concrete, concrete technology and building materials are ideal.
