Our personnel consultants are supporting a new executive search mandate in the healthcare sector. As part of a confidential succession plan, the position of commercial director is being filled for a top provider of medical self-administration in northern Germany.
The position is located in an environment characterized by professional representation, self-administration, committee work and high demands on reliability, control and governance. We are looking for an experienced leader who, together with the medical management, will assume responsibility for the overall commercial and organizational management as well as the strategic development of the institution.
In particular, the responsibilities include finance, controlling, business planning, administration and internal management. At the same time, the position requires a solid understanding of the special role of an organization that represents an academic medical profession and performs central tasks at the interface of medicine, self-administration and healthcare.
