We were able to fill the future head engineer position for a municipal company in the Munich metropolitan region with a focus on drinking water supply. The candidate will initially take on defined responsibilities and will be systematically developed over the next two years in order to securely assume overall responsibility as part of the succession plan.

A company succession is also planned: in the medium term, preparations can be made to take over the engineering office as the entrepreneur's successor.
