Executive Assistant to the Director at a Research Institute

A leading nonprofit research institute for marketing and consumer sentiment in Nuremberg is expanding its executive team: As part of its expansion into consumer and trend research, the institute is creating a new position for an Executive Assistant to the Directors (m/f/d).

The Executive Assistant will support the three directors, manage schedules, travel, and meetings, prepare for meetings, track deadlines and decisions, and simultaneously organize key HR processes—including coordinating administration, finance/controlling, and external HR/payroll service providers.
