We founded our company in Heidelberg in 1993 - today we are located in Hamburg's Hafencity and thus in Germany's second largest metropolis, which is also the gateway to the world.
With our permanent and academically trained team, we are active throughout Germany, the DACH region and Europe as well as globally in the business fields of headhunting, HR consultancy and selection procedures.
We share the office with our affiliated company Kompakttraining GmbH & Co. KG, which was spun off in 2004 with the business field of further training and seminars.
