Executive search & direct search that works

We sharpen roles and success (target contribution, must-have/should-have skills, lean profile). We map target individuals via target company lists, value chains, competitors, and niches. We approach individuals directly and discreetly (executive search), recruit desired candidates confidentially on request (FüPoG-II-compatible target profiles), and qualify them in a structured manner: interviews, cases/work samples, consent-based references.

Our dossiers are GDPR-compliant; the documentation complies with AGG and Art. 33 II GG. Transparent KPIs (response, shortlist quality, offer rate, time-to-hire) ensure controllability.

Longlist, shortlist, and contract conclusion

Longlist: Structured market overview with qualified candidates, each with an aptitude profile, motivation for change, and initial recommendations.
Shortlist: The best 3–5 profiles – including scorecards, cultural fit assessments, and interview guidelines.
