Our Quality Standards

As a reputable headhunting agency, we have formulated various quality standards in addition to our mission statement, which we guarantee our clients for every assignment:

We work in accordance with all legal requirements in the field of human resources and adhere to the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the Second Leadership Positions Act and Article 33 of the German Constitution, among others.

We observe the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and protect our customers' data accordingly. We do not pass on any information to third parties without written approval.

We work on assignment only, conduct continuous project controlling and document the results of our work in regular reports.

We guarantee effective solutions that suit our clients and work for them in the long term. If goals are not achieved, we initiate appropriate corrective measures.

We aim to understand people on the one hand and companies as well as their markets, industries and competition on the other.

Our work is scientifically sound and based on the insights of business administration and organizational psychology. We keep our knowledge up to date through regular research.

We use our experience from the last almost 30 years of HR consulting and combine it with current research. This gives us the necessary flexibility for individual approaches that fit - there is not “the one” solution.

Our team is academically trained and regularly upskills itself. We continuously learn from each other and develop together.

New employees receive intensive induction training. This enables us to work effectively within our agile structures.

We ensure professional communication with and accessibility for our clients.

We take feedback seriously. If necessary, we derive improvement measures from it.

We make a conscious decision to cooperate only with companies that represent certain values and offer candidates and their employees fair working conditions in permanent employment.

We guarantee our clients that we will represent them adequately.

We regularly have the standards of our working methods externally audited and are therefore certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
