Commercial Location Management for In-Patient Clinic – Day Clinic

Our headhunters for the healthcare sector have successfully recruited a commercial location manager for a hospital and day clinic. With the help of a target profile, potential candidates were identified on the market and in our internal candidate pool and contacted directly. After an initial screening, a shortlist of suitable candidates was sent to the client - the best-fit candidate was included and has already signed on.

Public Service - Heads of Department

Two cities have also commissioned us with the executive search for a head for the department of building and environment and the head of a city finance department. Here too, our headhunting experts were able to quickly find the first candidates.

As we subsequently provided moderating support in the final personnel decision as well as in the salary and contract negotiations, an agreement was quickly reached and the vacancies were rapidly filled. The head of the department of building and environment already started at the beginning of the year - for the head of the city finance department it will start in the next few weeks.

Head of Department for Digitalisation in Large Federal Ministry

In addition to cities and municipalities, we also count ministries among our clients. Our headhunters were commissioned by a large federal ministry with the executive search and direct approach of a head of department for digitalisation. We were also able to successfully fill this vacancy - the transfer application has already been signed.

Fingers Crossed for New Management of a Welfare Association

A welfare organisation from northern Germany is about to be "married" to a management candidate. We have sent the client a shortlist of candidates for the position and supported them in their personnel decision. Now the best-fit candidate is about to sign the contract - the so-called wedding. As a full-service agency, we continue to accompany the current process and mediate between the partners until both have signed.

Word of the success of our headhunters is spreading and we have currently been commissioned with further assignments to fill management vacancies and executive positions.
