As a headhunting agency for the engineering industry, we recruit industrial engineers for companies to optimise existing processes and to plan and introduce new workflows and technologies. Since industrial engineers combine technical, scientific, economic and legal know-how, companies from a wide range of industries and specialist areas commission us to recruit specialists and managers with the appropriate training.
In order to recruit the right industrial engineer for each position with the needed additional qualifications and professional experience in the respective industry, we work with a so-called target profile. In this profile we determine the minimum requirements for the candidate. We then use this to start active sourcing on the market or in our internal pool of candidates with active contacts to highly qualified industrial engineers. Our headhunters then contact the identified target persons directly and personally. Our approach to recruiting engineers is structured according to the following sub-steps:

Depending on your needs, we can offer you a covert search with a discreet direct approach or an offensive approach with a variety of HR marketing measures. In both cases, we strictly observe the German Data Protection Act and do not pass on any data to third parties without your written consent. Furthermore, we work in accordance with all legal requirements in human resources - these include the German General Equal Treatment Act and the Second Leadership Positions Act.
During the entire process, we also maintain a close dialogue with you and carry out constant project controlling through regular updates. In this way, we can also advance the recruitment process with further measures at short notice if necessary.
