As we not only actively search the market for potential candidates, but can also draw on our own internal pool of candidates, it is usually possible for us to meet our self-imposed target of quickly submitting at least 3 suitable candidates.
An assignment is only completed for our headhunter team for engineering when both you as the company and the best-fit candidate have signed the contract. We are also happy to support you in the selection of the best candidates and conduct individually tailored assessment centres or aptitude tests. Furthermore, as a headhunting agency, we also accompany the contract and salary negotiations to ensure that both partners are satisfied and thus a long-term solution is found.
