Our headhunters for the public sector support organisations, agencies, institutions and public enterprises in the recruitment of executives, managers, specialists and experts for the various areas. Since our foundation in 1993, we have counted clients from the public sector among our customers, and today we can draw on a great deal of experience with job positings in the public sector.
As a headhunting agency, we first work out a so-called target profile together with you, in which the minimum requirements for the candidate are specified. On this basis, we can start our active sourcing on the market and within our internal pool of candidates. The identified candidates are then contacted personally on site, by telephone or digitally.
However, before we send a potential candidate to you as the client, we check the application documents carefully and check whether he or she fits your organisation and your requirements and wishes - so we only send you suitable candidates.
When approaching candidates as well as during the entire further process - we support you until both parties sign the contract - we strictly observe the legal requirements such as the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), Article 33 of the German Constitution (GG) and the Second Leadership Positions Act. This is how we protect you from legal consequences.
