As headhunters, we only work on a contract basis and ensure a structured and professional working method. It is important to us to represent you as a company in a serious manner and to approach candidates based on facts. In doing so, we always keep an eye on the candidates' careers and only provide them with serious job offers that match their candidate profile. In this way, we succeed in finding long-term HR solutions for our clients - companies and candidates alike.

Style and Etiquette

As a service provider, we always take care to represent you as a company and as a candidate in a serious manner towards the other party. Accordingly, our clients and customers expect us to treat their concerns, expectations and issues in the strictest confidence. As a certified human resources consultancy, we guarantee that we do not pass on personal and company-internal information without individual approval and that we comply with the German Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).

In addition, we work in accordance with the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), Article 33 of the German Basic Law (GG) and the Second Leadership Positions Act (II FüPoG). If necessary, it is possible to adapt our search accordingly, for example if you absolutely need to recruit a woman for your board.

Target Profiling for Focused Search

In order to meet the above-mentioned requirements, we work as a headhunting agency with so-called target person profiling. In executive search as well as in the recruitment of experts, we define the minimum requirements for the candidates together with you as company. The target profile specifies the required specialist knowledge, the desired competencies and the required professional experience.

On this basis, we start active sourcing of candidates in the market, from the competition and from our internal pool of candidates. The target profile enables us to focus our search and only approach people who fundamentally meet the minimum requirements.

Three-Way Direct Approach

In the next step, our headhunting experts approach the identified target persons directly. We use three methods - we contact the candidates at relevant events on site, by telephone or digitally.

As we have access to our own pool of candidates and a whole team of recruiters, we are able to start the project and the direct search quickly. As a rule, we find suitable candidates for your vacancies before the 90 days have elapsed.

Candidate Assessment

If a candidate expresses interest in the vacancy, we ensure through a detailed examination of the application documents and an initial telephone conversation that he or she meets all the key data from the target profile and can manage the tasks in your company.

In addition, we check whether the candidate's ideas and wishes match those of your company. In this way, you will only receive candidates who have the necessary know-how for a position and who fit your company structure, strategy and business plan. We always aim to send you at least three suitable candidates. Ideally, however, the shortlist is longer and we can send it to you before the 90 days have expired.

We guarantee that we do not fill the shortlist with candidates who we lure with promises of salary - we are looking for candidates who are interested in your company, your projects and your content and who can and want to help you move forward. We strive for long-term personnel solutions and look for candidates who stay.

Regular Reporting and Updates

For all assignments, we ensure close and regular communication with our clients. By assigning you a specific contact person, we ensure that no information is lost within the team. In addition, you will receive regular written updates and reports in PDF format documenting the progress of the current search assignment. This regular monitoring of success also enables us as a partner to react with further HR marketing measures or an adapted search if no suitable candidates are found.

Accompanying the Selection Procedures and Contract Process

As a full-service human recources consultancy, we also support you in the selection procedure as well as in contract and salary negotiations. On the one hand, we make sure that all legal requirements are met. At the same time, we ensure that you as a company and the candidates are satisfied in the end and that a long-term business relationship is possible.
