Since we were founded in 1993, we have been assisting companies in the facility and real estate management sector. We know the industry well and are now able to provide our clients with competent and targeted advice on recruitment, personnel selection and HR management based on our experience, knowledge of the industry and our expertise in organizational psychology and business administration.
We find the right managers, project managers, architects, engineers and experts for our clients in various fields and, if necessary, support them in their personnel decisions with individually adapted selection procedures.
In addition, we support the optimisation and reorganisation of processes, procedures and tools in HR management - from HR marketing and employee retention to talent management with personnel development and executive development. As an international HR consultancy, we also build up the HR area for new locations and dependencies with and for international Construction and Real Estate companies - we are their temporary external HR office and help with all HR issues.
