As an HR consultancy with an academically trained team of organizational psychologists and business economists, we offer not only comprehensive assessment centres, but also psychological testing procedures to determine the suitability of internal and external candidates in terms of performance, competence, attitude and personality as well as potential.

With our permanent team of HR consultants and headhunters, fixed structures, evidence-based working methods and a test management system that has been tried and tested over many years, we are not only able to assess the suitability of individual candidates, but also that of entire groups.

With these psychological tests, we are primarily requested for the selection of personnel in management, the board of directors or the executive board since the self-competence of the candidates plays a central role here. Of course, we also carry out correspondingly adapted tests for selection procedures for key positions filled with experts in your company. The structure and content of the tests are always based on the requirements of the position and your corporate philosophy. In the case of psychological tests, we provide you with an evidence-based selection procedure in a timely and uncomplicated manner that secures your personnel decision. In principle, we work according to the following sub-steps:

A psychological test procedure can be useful if you already know the candidate and thus the behaviour, because it is an internal succession or career planning. Even if you are under time pressure, it can help to focus on these relevant aspects.

However, if you as a company have the capacity for an entire assessment centre, we as a service provider always recommend this procedure. It includes the psychological aptitude tests regarding personality, development potential and suitability, but also tests behaviour in various situations.
