After the recruitment of suitable candidates, our HR consultants and headhunters for sales and service in the B2B sector also provide support with personnel decisions. With the help of individually adapted selection procedures, we enable you as management or HR department to assess candidates with regard to their performance, competencies and potential. In this way, you can find the right experts or managers in the areas of sales, field service, key account management, customer care, call and contact centres and product management. On the one hand, we are looking for qualified experts from the respective industry and specialist area who know the products and can advise demanding customers - on the other hand, we are looking for sales and service specialists who have less product or industry knowledge but all the more experience in customer service, sales or product management.
