As a human resources consultancy and headhunting agency, we support our clients from the healthcare sector with professional selection procedures for personnel decisions for key positions, leadership positions or in management.

Through individually adapted assessment centres or aptitude tests, our HR consultants enable us to evaluate the competencies, strengths and weaknesses of the candidates, but also to recognise potential and hidden talents. This enables you as a company to assess the suitability of candidates for key and management positions based on the criteria that are important to you and to fill the position with the right candidate. This puts you in a good long-term position as a company and enables you to master talent management and succession planning. At the same time, you secure the decision legally and legitimise it internally.

Our academically trained HR consultants take care of the planning and implementation of the selection process.
