Our headhunters and HR consultants support you as an educational institution or foundation in the selection and management of applicants after you have recruited candidates for a vacancy. We develop suitable selection procedures for the various positions in order to enable you to make a well-founded personnel decision that is legally secure and based on a clear ranking of internal candidates and external applicants.
For vacancies in research, we take over the preliminary examination of the application documents for you - we ensure that these are complete and that the candidates fulfil the minimum requirements for the position and can prove this with appropriate certificates. A complete selection procedure is not customary here - however, we will be happy to support you in this if required.
For professorships, on the other hand, appointment procedures or hearings are usually obligatory - our academically trained organizational psychologists and business economists will work out these for you and adapt the procedures individually to the respective position.
In the area of administration, classic selection procedures such as aptitude tests or assessment centres are used to select the best candidates for management positions. We will develop appropriate procedures for you, which will inquire about the skills and criteria relevant to a position and industry and make them measurable. Your requirements, ideas and wishes for the candidates are always considered.
